The San Jose Sharks (0-2-2) lost last night and travel to play the Winnipeg Jets (3-0) tonight. The Sharks are one of the worst teams in the NHL this season and are against one of the best. No goalie has been better than the Jets' Connor Hellebuyck (3-0, 0.66 GAA, and .976 SV%) as the 2024 Vezina trophy winner picks up where he left off. Mackenzie Blackwood (3.33 GAA and .910 SV%) is in the net for the Sharks; although his GAA isn't good, his SV% is solid. The Jets have only allowed 2 goals in three games while averaging a little over three goals per game, skewed from their six goals in their first game. The Sharks are struggling to score as it is, averaging two goals per game, and it wouldn't be surprising if they get shutout tonight against the Jets. Therefore, expect a low-scoring game in Winnipeg.
