Like the Kings the Warriors are great at home and great in transition. Per 100 plays they allow the third fewest points in transition defense. The Grizzlies are top 3 in transition offense, the Kings (Like the Warriors) are a top 3 transition defense and they dominated Memphis. At Home the Warriors are 17-6 SU and 14-9 ATS. At the Chase Center they’re the same Warriors that have been dominating for years. In 8 home games vs teams in the top 10-point differential they’re 6-2 +7.8 PD. Their defense is the 2nd best at home allowing just 108 points per 100 possessions. The GSW Warriors are also on 2 days rest compared to Memphis’s 1. This marks the Grizzlies 4th road game in 6 days and 3rd in their last 4. MEM Center Steven Adams is also ruled out, taking away the Grizzlies size advantage. Golden State beat Memphis at home 123-109 in December despite no Curry too. There’s also been some chatter thrown back and forth between these teams, the media making this out to be some sort of rivalry. That’s disrespectful to Golden State and I’m sure they’ll be happy to remind them who the Kings of the West are.
