2 Picks (6 Units).
3PM: Eagles -6 (3 Units).
Washington's offense just sliced through a depleted Detroit defense in a Dome, but they did struggle in Tampa Bay in the wildcard round. Washington's defense was also cut up by the Lions in that game. Jared Goff just Goff'd it a few too many times. That win came at a cost for Washington, losing starting Right Guard Sam Cosmi and starting DT Daron Payne to injury. Philly is the most dominant team in the NFL at the line of scrimmage and that's on both sides of the ball. They're strongest inside on defense with DT Jalen Carter having an All-Pro season, and they’re best running team in football. Brutal spot for Washington to be shorthanded along the interior. Playing in sub 40° weather in Philly during the playoffs is also an entirely different animal. Games are won and lost in the trenches and Philly holds an even bigger edge there now than they did before.
6:30PM: Bills +2 (3 Units).
We've rode Buffalo and we're doing it again. This has been Josh Allen's season, and we have him finally getting over the hump and into the big game. The Chiefs have found ways to win close games numerous times throughout the year, but this is not the same elite Chiefs team of years past. Buffalo's beaten KC in 3 of their last 4 meetings and each of their last 2 trips at KC. Josh Allen is 0-3 in the playoffs against KC but it's really no fault of his own. Stefon Diggs had that huge drop last year that could have sent KC packing and the meeting before that, the Chiefs just happened to win the coin toss that gave Mahomes the ball first in Overtime. The Bills have been here before, they know what it's like to play in KC during the playoffs, and they're all too familiar with Freezing Temps.
