CAL's starting QB and leading WR entered the portal and their back-up QB is hurt. Cal will look to lean on it's ground game here as they aren't in a position to throw. UNLV's senior leadership is looking to play in this one but they're without their Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. They're 7th in rush rate as it is and that shouldn't change much here. Losing the OC will hurt and this CAL defense has generally been pretty stout. They've been taken for against some strong offensive teams but UNLV's nothing they haven't seen before. Don't see this game being too exciting.
