Both organizations enter the season with entirely new coaching staffs but trend in opposite directions. Despite 2022 struggles the Broncos have a very talented roster. Their defense was great last year and their offense just lacked good coaching. They have an elite Coaching staff now with Sean Payton running the offense and Vance Joseph the Defense. The Cardinals on the other hand enter a near full on rebuild with first time coaches.

Why does this matter tonight? Well the Broncos are going to roll out their starters for a drive or two but after that you can expect a significant drop off. Denver knows who their 1's and most of their 2's are and after a quick dress rehearsal for those units they'll be done for the day. The Broncos are trying to figure out the bottom half of their roster and who's making the practice squad, not the top 30.

The Arizona Cardinals need each and every rep they can get get though. Besides a handful of positions the starting spots are up for grabs. Arizona is still trying to figure out who's playing the majority of snaps in the regular season. There will be Cardinals that make the active roster playing against guys who won't even make Denver's practice squad tonight.
