1 Picks (3 Units).
3:30PM EST: Maryland -4.5 (3 Units).
Michigan had a fine offensive performance against Purdue's 62nd ranked defense but Maryland has one of the best Defenses in the Country. Michigan hasn't shot well from deep since the first few weeks of the season and they turn the ball over 14.1 times per game, which ranks 342nd nationally. Maryland is 23rd in opponent 3-PT % and 35th in opponent turnovers per game. The Wolverines play through two 7 Footers, and they can each handle the ball decently. The problem is they turn into turnover machines if they don't have space to operate on the floor. Spacing is going to be an issue today against the Terps. Michigan hosted their lone meeting this season just 10 days ago and lost 65-71, turning the ball over 16 times. Maryland shot just 38.1% from the floor and still won. Maryland also shot the lights out in a blowout win over Illinois last night and they didn't have to play a single starter for more than 25 minutes. If just some of that shooting carries over into today, this could get ugly.
