NBA
1 Pick (3 Units).
8PM EST: Clippers -2.5 (3 Units).
The Clippers are healthy and playing well, winning 3 straight leading up to the break. Same can't be said for Milwaukee, who hasn't won back-to-back games in over a Month. The Bobby Portis suspension really stings for the Bucks. They just traded away their 2nd best shooter in Khris Middleton for Kyle Kuzma. Kuzma is a fine player but he's shooting 22% from Deep. Losing Portis takes away another reliable shooter that averages over 25 minutes per game. The overall spacing on the offensive end of the floor is taking a major hit and the Clippers have the 2nd best defense in the NBA. Defensively the Bucks are an average group and the offensive woes LAs had this year have come without Kawhi Leonard.
10PM EST: Trailblazers +3.5 (3 Units).
Going to take some time for Luka to Gel with the Lakers. LA lost to the Hornets last night and to the Jazz heading into the All-Star Break. Anthony Davis is one of the best Bigs in Basketball and he was in LA for 6 years, not easy to replace. It's a major downgrade on defense and they weren't great on that end of the floor to begin with. The Trailblazers have had some major health issues this season but they're getting healthy. They did lose 3 straight road games leading up to the break, but they played a back-to-back at Denver and once in Minnesota. Prior to that they rolled off 6 straight Wins at home and 10 of their last 11 overall. We like them to compete here tonight.
